We use Polar Camel brand tumblers and water bottles, a professional-grade, double-wall vacuum insulated stainless steel drinkware line trusted by engravers across the country. They keep drinks hot for up to 6 hours and cold for up to 24 hours, and come with a BPA-free slide-close lid.

We currently offer 20 oz tumblers, 32 oz water bottles, and 40 oz water bottles in a variety of colors.

Never. Our designs are permanently etched into the tumbler's powder coating using a precision fiber laser. Unlike vinyl wraps, printed decals, or screen printing, laser engraving physically removes the coating to reveal the stainless steel beneath. The result is a design that is part of the tumbler itself, it cannot peel, fade, crack, or wash off. It will look just as sharp in 10 years as it does the day you receive it.

To keep your tumbler looking its best:

• Hand wash recommended, use warm soapy water and a bottle brush
• The engraving itself is dishwasher safe, but hand washing helps preserve the powder coating color over time
• Avoid abrasive scrubbers or bleach-based cleaners on the exterior
• The lid should always be hand washed

The engraving itself requires zero special care, it's permanent and will not be affected by washing.

Laser engraving is the most durable form of customization available for drinkware. Here's how it compares:

• Vinyl decals peel, bubble, and lift over time, especially with heat and moisture
• Screen printing / UV printing can scratch, chip, and fade with regular use and washing
• Sublimation vibrant colors but limited to specific coatings, can fade with UV exposure
• Laser engraving permanent, dishwasher resistant, will never fade or peel, gives a premium look and feel

Yes. All of our standard designs are original artwork created in-house. We don't resell clip art or stock designs. When you buy from Kemner Design, you're getting something that was designed and engraved by our family, not mass-produced overseas.

Absolutely! Custom engraving is one of our specialties. We can engrave names, dates, quotes, monograms, logos, photos, or custom artwork onto any of our tumblers and water bottles. Visit our Custom Engraving page or email us at kemnerdesign@gmail.com to get started.

For the best results, we prefer:

• Vector files .SVG, .AI, .EPS, or .PDF (these give the sharpest results)
• High-resolution images .PNG or .JPG at 300 DPI or higher

Don't have a vector file? No problem. Send us what you have and we'll let you know if it will work or if we need to make adjustments. We can often clean up or recreate artwork for a small design fee.

Yes! We work with businesses, organizations, teams, and event planners on bulk orders of custom engraved drinkware. Whether it's 10 tumblers for a corporate retreat or 200 water bottles for a company rebrand, we can help. Bulk orders include volume pricing, contact us with your quantity and details for a quote.

Most custom orders ship within 5 to 7 business days after artwork approval. Rush orders may be available, just ask! Bulk orders of 25+ pieces may require additional time depending on the quantity.

We'll send you a digital proof before we engrave, so you can approve the design and placement before we start.

Orders over $100 ship free! For orders under $100, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. The majority of our orders ship via USPS from Pennsylvania, and most domestic orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days.

We currently ship primarily within the United States. If you're interested in international shipping, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your order. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Yes! You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account on our website.

Because each tumbler is engraved to order, we cannot accept returns on personalized or custom items. However, if your order arrives damaged or there's an error in the engraving, we'll make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no charge.

For non-personalized items from our standard collection, we accept returns within 14 days in unused condition. See our full refund policy for details.

Kemner Design is a family-owned and operated business run by Dave and Gail Kemner from our shop outside Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dave has over 18 years of CNC machining experience and handles the design work. Gail manages sales, shipping, and customer service. We both spend time on the engraving work. We started in 2016 with precision machined spinning tops and have expanded into professional laser engraving. Every piece that leaves our shop is made and inspected by us personally.

All of our artwork, design, and laser engraving is done in-house at our Pennsylvania shop.

We use high-quality Polar Camel drinkware as our base products. While the blank drinkware itself is imported, every design is created, engraved, and finished by us right here in the USA.

When you purchase from Kemner Design, you're supporting a real American family business, not a drop shipper or overseas print-on-demand company. Every item is personally handled and crafted in our shop before it ships to you.
